About 98,000 stores will offer more than 10 million goods on the Tmall platform. Consumers can buy commodities from all over the world.

Online plus offline
线上加线下。
Over 1 million brands will have promotions both online and offline, including Suning, Intime, TCL, UNIQLO, Sophia and Gap.

Big data plus personalization
大数据和个性化。
Tmall will bring consumers a personalized consumption experience based on big data and information collected from search modules, news sources and wish lists.

Entertainment plus shopping
娱乐购物两不误。
Tmall will launch the worlds first VR shopping mall, the Buy+ channel. Using this channel, consumers can complete a purchase using nothing more than their eyeballs.
天猫将会发布全球第一款VR购物商城Buy+频道。通过使用这个频道，消费者们只要使用自己的眼睛就可以完成购物。
JD.com also released its Double Eleven promotion plan. More than 100,000 brands are participating, and the companys warehouses in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou will increase delivery speeds on Nov. 11. Some consumers may even receive their goods in just one day. In addition, JD.coms unmanned delivery drones will be in trial operation.
京东也发布了自己的双十一促销计划。京东上超过10万个品牌会加入到双十一促销活动中来，而京东在北京、上海和广州等地的仓库也会在双十一期间提高快递速度。有些消费者甚至能够当天下单当天收货。除此之外，京东的送货无人机也将试运行。

Make a shopping list before the festival based on actual demands to avoid impulse purchases.

Some stores attract consumers with fake sales data and comments. Therefore, consumers should buy goods through proper channels from stores with established reputations, formal certifications and guarantees.

Keep relevant vouchers
保留相关购物凭证。
Before signing for deliveries, be sure to check packages with the courier as a witness. Keep the orders, invoices and other shopping vouchers.
